What are Virilitech products for?
Virilitech products are for research only. They are sold to be used in a research setting on non-human test subjects. Virilitech products are not for human consumption. They are neither drugs nor dietary supplements and have not been approved by the FDA to treat or cure any disease. Any purchase who indicates that he or she will be using Virilitech products for human consumption will have his or her order cancelled and Virilitech will not respond to any message making such an indication.

Why haven’t I heard of Virilitech? Where are the reviews?
When Virilitech was created in early 2017, our goal was to provide the highest quality products to researchers at the most competitive prices in the industry. For this to be a sustainable business model, Virilitech sold its products on eBay because eBay provided the platform that would allow Virilitech to generate sufficient volume for its low profit margins. For three years, Virilitech sold primarily on eBay, where it established its reputation and earned many of its loyal customers. eBay is no longer a viable point of sale for Virilitech, so we sell exclusively through our website now. However, it was on eBay that customers provided feedback for Virilitech, so that is why there isn’t as much feedback elsewhere online. Are your products tested?
Yes, all Virilitech products undergo HPLC testing for purity and contaminants. Virilitech will not sell any compound unless it is at least 99% pure.
Are your products legal?
All of the products Virilitech sells are still 100% legal in the United States of America. However, because Virilitech products have not been approved by the FDA for human consumption, they cannot be sold as drugs or supplements. Virilitech products are for research only.
China has banned the manufacturing and export of certain products that Virilitech sells, beginning in January, 2020. When this ban was announced, Virilitech placed a very large order with its supplier to ensure that it would stay stocked and able to provide the same high-quality products for months to come until it is able to find a suitable supplier who is able to take over where its previous supplier left off.
What about shipping?
Currently Virilitech guarantees delivery only in the United States. Each item ships for free with complementary USPS First Class Package shipping, but you may select faster shipping or shipping through UPS if you prefer.
International orders are welcome, but delivery is not guaranteed. As such, we cannot refund any international orders that do not arrive.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of the products Virilitech sells, we do not accept returns. For this reason, all sales are final.
What if my items arrives damaged or have leaked?
We try to pack the fragile glass bottles as securely as possible, but sometimes they do break or leak during shipping. Should your item have leaked during shipping or arrive damaged, we will send you a new bottle of your product immediately, free of charge.
